The VistaCare Hospice Foundation is a non-profit organization working to enhance the quality of life for those with life-limiting illnesses and their loved ones. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live in peace, comfort and dignity every moment of their life. And with the help of others who share our philosophy, we are on our way to making this dream a reality. Through our various programs, the VistaCare Foundation provides real assistance and aid to hospice patients of today, as well as those of tomorrow.

A ray of hope for families in need.
Although most of the costs of patient services are covered by insurance, there are some people who fall through the cracks. For these people, the VistaCare Hospice Foundation can step in with a helping hand so they don't have to face the end of life with worries about maintaining the essentials of life such as food, shelter and basic comfort items. Through this program we are able to relieve patients of this burden so they can concentrate on living their final moments in peace with the love of family and friends. Our mission is to clear the path so those on their final journey through life can live the rest of their days with dignity, peace and love.
