PRN Inpatient Unit RN Case Manager - Plymouth Meeting, PA

Description

Responsible for providing nursing expertise and ensuring all services needed as outlined in the Plan of Care are delivered to hospice patients.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with current state license. Minimum of 1 year recent experience in medical, surgical, oncology or home care is required. Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities. Demonstrates good communications, negotiation, and public relations skills. Fluency in Spanish a plus.
